Just heard a CNN radio report say that the exploding truck was filled with dynamite; yet the Mexican authorities said it was an accident. Go figure.

Muslims or communists. Take your choice. Of course, in light of bin Laden’s recent video, the choice may be redundant.

Remember, early reports are often wrong.

Head on a swivel, assume the worst until proven otherwise, look for corroboration before making committing decisions, and don’t just be calm, spread calm.

Al Queda? Iranian agents? Chavez/Castro agents?

I vote for the latter. Not that it matters, since they are all three thick-as-thieves de facto allies. All three are curses upon the human race. And they must all be exterminated.

These events could easily prompt our government into building another 4 feet of border fence.

Mexico's Pemex says explosions at several pipelines

MEXICO CITY (Reuters) - Mexican state-owned energy company Pemex said on Monday explosions caused by sabotage hit several of its natural gas pipelines on the Gulf of Mexico.

The blasts in the state of Veracruz caused four fires which were now under control, the company said, adding there were no injuries.

A small leftist rebel group, the Popular Revolutionary Army, set off bombs at Pemex pipelines in July. It also claimed responsibility for a small bomb that went off at a Sears department story in the troubled city of Oaxaca last month.

Pemex said that after the blasts, villages near the ducts were evacuated.
