As much as he sucks he makes a good point about the incompetence of the bureaucracy...then he ruins it by flippin’ out.
That’s pretty much my take too. He touches on briliance and drifts off into no mans land.
One thing I did not like was the questioner asking the question as if laughing at Paul. While I don’t plan on voting for him, that isn’t very professional. It was prejudicial.
