Why is John Cox once again ignored? He is the only real conservative in this race, and he is a dark horse who will surprise everyone. IMHO, he probably is really leading in the polls but the CFR insiders are afraid to mention him..

FOX News' Greta Van Susteren will host a pre-debate show on streaming video here at 8:30 p.m. EDT (5:30 PDT). Greta also will host a half-hour post-debate stream exclusively on FOXNews.com when it's over.
