Washington D.C. 8/27/2007 5:20 PM GMT (FINDITT - Top Story)
USAElectionPolls.com has an audience of about 67,000 visitors per month according to the latest statistics by Quantcast -- making it the most visited polling website with the exception of RealClearPolitics. The web site has been having an online straw poll for three days on voters' preference for the 2008 election; both Democrats and Republicans are listed.
Ron Paul is leading the group of almost 20 candidates with 51%. Even more impressive is that he currently has 1744 votes while the second place candidate Dennis Kucinich has 613 votes -- 18%. Ron Paul leads the next closest Republican competitor in the online poll 51% to 3%.
Ordinarily, very little can be made of such results. They could be flukes. The web site's target audience could be Ron Paul, etc. But USAElectionPolls.com gets an immense amount of traffic all across the United States and it is a non-partisan website that talks about all of the candidates.
The poll is still open and can be found on the front page.

WTF is the “TransWorldNews”? Sounds like media for cross-dressers...
And so the Paulistinians come to us with another mighty Internet poll, where Doc Ron smashes the competition.
Funny how he can’t get any more than 2% in a real poll, eh?
These Paulistinian headlines are starting to sound like 1950’s B movies...
“Ron Paul Conquers The World!”
“The Seven Labors of Ron Paul!”
“Ron Paul vs. Mothra”
lol, another one of these threads... :)
Wonder why Paul gets so many Freepers in a panic with his 1%?
When you show the results numerically, this tells me all I want to know about Ron Paul and who he seems to be attracting:

And the Paulista continue to tout his Conservative credentials and insist he's the Conservative's only hope.
BWAHAAAAAAAAHAAAAAAAAA!
No Kool-Aid? I want a refund.
OMG, an online poll!! What’s not to believe?
Dennis Kucinich........17%........(666)
That tells something about Kucinich.
There's a difference between panicking and laughing.

Free Republic Ron Paul Ping List: Join/Leave |
Yawn. Another day, another worthless on-line poll.
That's actually a positive, Jim.
France has a new kick-ass leader now.
How? Paul's not running as a 3rd party candidate.
>> Paul people have nothing better to do than vote, delete cookies, vote, delete cookies, vote, delete cookies, vote, delete cookies, vote, delete cookies, vote, delete cookies, vote, delete cookies, vote, delete cookies, vote, delete cookies, vote, delete cookies, vote, delete cookies, vote, delete cookies, vote, delete cookies, vote, delete cookies, vote, delete cookies, vote, delete cookies, ....
ROFL! So THAT’S what they mean by “Internet Activism”!
His record speaks for itself.
then turns around and defends his millions in mis-appropriated earmarks as a necessary tool for Congress is a fraud, not a Conservative.
Debunked millions of times on existing Paul threads.
LOL!!
Ron Paul probably dominates a poll of dumbasses too...is that newsworthy?
Then he's a first ever. The French have never kicked anyone's a$$.
And RP fits right in with the white flag waiving frogs.
So the website was essentially “FReeped” by Paulites. BIG DEAL!
If this is how Ron Paul proponents “prove” their guy is so electable, then they are truly lost.
