A sixth and final suspect in the execution-style slayings of three college students in a Newark schoolyard two weeks ago was arrested early yesterday........Melvin Jovel, 18, was caught in Elizabeth at about 3 AM......captured without incident at a relative's home.

Agreed, but this is Newark , NJ, they will not go for the big one and I doubt that they try the younger punks as adults. We will see, but the local officials have a piss poor track record.

MS-13 gang members are here illegally, on the lookout for gang members; no experience required but must speak Spanish. According to the FBI, MS-13 is operating in 42 states throughout America and expanding.
There are people who will do anything to come into the US (thanks to pandering US pols offering amnesty).
Some of these people are bums looking to get on the US gravy train. Some are drug smugglers bringing in coke from South America. And some are lying in wait until someone so much as looks cross-eyed at them......so they can sue.
For those who think just refusing to allow illegals to gain employment, free medical care and welfare etc, they will voluntarily go home......take a look at MS-13. This is a violent gang that originated in El Salvador. MS-13 gang members commit horrible violent crimes, brutal murders and maimings of US citizens.

Yes just a few days ago Jorge wanted to give them amnesty and a pardon. Hell he still may want to pardon them.
This creep obviously has an attitude. I’m tempted to call him a discredit to society just on account of his looks. Good thing for him I’m not on the jury.
This past weekend I picked up the DVD for "12 Days of Terror," about the Matawan shark attacks in and off NJ back in 1916. The local authorities and "experts," were depicted as bumbling incompetents that turned a blind eye to the shark in their waters in order to avoid bad publicity and the adverse impact on the economy.
I couldn't help but think about this case being handled the same way.
