Using maps created in 1866 by a British explorer and passages from the Jewish Mishnah, an Israeli archaeologist and professor at Hebrew University says he has pinpointed the location of the sacred Jewish Temple, twice built and twice destroyed in ancient times.

It also leaves the rock in the Dome of the Rock outside of the confines of the Temple itself. Expect the Moolims to move the Dome on the Rock so it does.
To: Traianus
The researcher made the point that the Temple did not include the rock which is now housed by the Dome. But this has always been rather obvious. If the rock, which Abraham is thought to have tied Isaac on, were inside the Temple, surely that would have been mentioned in the Bible's very detailed descriptions of the Temple and its contents. It was not.

Don’t be ridiculous.
Mainstream media has informed us that Jerusalem is the site where Homo Palestenium evolved. No other person or group of people ever lived in this area in the course of human history.

WingNutDaily is recycling a story that drew minimal interest at least six months ago when it was newer. WND frequently recycles old news, usually in conjunction with trying to sell some book or other.

Good place to bump this thread.
And from an earlier post, I kinda like using the mooselimb diminutive because, well, it’s famous by now that a moose bit someone’s sister once, here on FR.

actually I think finding the ark will usher in the tribulation - because once they find the ark the Jews will have to build a temple to contain it.
