Newark's Mayor, Cory Booker, says he has no plans to change police policy, in the wake of a triple murder where two undocumented immigrants are the prime suspects.
BOOKER: In no way is obligation of city police department to be going around and doing the work of INS.
REPORTER: Booker's director of police, Garry McCarthy, says the immigration status of the suspects is "irrelevant." He also is dismissing reports that the execution-style murders were related to the violent Central American gang, MS-13.
Booker and McCarthy announced today extra video cameras for Newark's high crime neighborhoods. The cameras will be equipped with sensors, to allow them to swivel toward the sound of gunshots.

Time after time we see self-serving black politicians ignoring the welfare of their constituancy in order to follow the party line. In this case,in dimmy lingo 'immagrant is good" and so they must ignore the facts right in front of them.
Its absolute insanity.
He doesn’t care if every law abiding citizen (what few there are) of Newark is stabbed and shot. His job is dependant on criminals, potential criminals and welfare recipients. Actually, law abiding citizens just get in the way.

When you start digging into the numbers the only ones that can be sourced with the feds are the number of American murdered in 2005: 16692
I have seen federal numbers for illegals held in jail ranging from 19.3% to 27% of the federal prison population.
Here's a sampling of USA cities wanted for murder. What you'll see is that in big USA cities like LA or NYC most of the murderers are Hispanic. Unknown are the % of illegals. In smaller cities the FBI will post the nationalities of the murderers. About 25% of the most wanted are illegals wanted for murder. This number agrees with the percentage of illegals incarcerated in federal prisons. +-25%Pictures of top 10 most wanted in LA. Up until recent stories about crime in LA posted by the LA Times--the pictures included the nationality of the murderers. They were all foreign nationals and mostly Mexican.

There are currently no exact numbers on the number of Americans killed by illegals. Part of the reason is that the government deliberately obscures the number. I talked on the phone with the head of statistics for the US Bureau of Prisons. He said his office wasn't allowed to publish the number of illegal alien murderers. Rather they were forced to put legal and non legal residents in the same category. I talked to ICE. They put out detailed numbers on illegal child molestors. However, they put out nothing on illegal murderers.
Part of the reason for the silence on the matter is that there is evidence to suggest that most Americans being killed by illegals are black--as is the suggestion in this LA Times Article.
All that said, it could be argued that if you include the number of illegals in state and local prisons the number of illegals in jail shrinks to 6% of the total prison population. Never the less if you multiply 16692 (the number of americans murdered in 2005) * .06 (illegal alien percent of total prison population) * 4 (the number of years the US has been in Iraq). The result is that more americans (4006) have been killed by illegals than have been killed in the Iraq war.

Most of the new video cameras will be inhabiting pawn shops within a week after they are installed. Or it will become a new urban game to make a loud noise to watch the cameras move.

When asked by a television reporter about the fact that upon taking office he asked to be judged on crime in the city, one of America's most promising urban mayors said that he couldn't turn this [the crime situation] around overnight, "there were years of mismanagement of the police force by the previous administration."
Short of saying that "those kids had it coming," there is hardly a worse response Mayor Booker could have had.
Somewhere on FOX last night they had video of the illegal’s bond/status hearing in which at that time both his atty and the prosecutor informed the judge he had no social sec #.....The judge appeared to be under the influence of something...Right there and then ICE or whoever is supposed to be in charge, should of placed a HOLD on him until further notice...Talk about negligence and to think that the judge has no accountability....It seems that we have lost our justice system...
Although I am usually against it (As it won't bring back the dead or make up for their loss), I hope that the families of the dead students will file a wrongful death suit against the mayor, DA's office and judge who let this illegal alien murderer and child molestor out on the street and failed to inform ICE about him.
God forbid people realize that those who break the law to get here will break the law after they get here.

I believe the (mayor) needs to implement some gun buy back programs for illegals only.
The mayor is part of the problem not the solution. Liberals will never get it and will allow many innocent law abiding citizens to be killed, due to their P.C. utopian logic.
