Every now and then, Feinstein will exhibit some reason. She’s not as moonbatty as Boxer is.

The decision inflamed liberal activists for its pointed use of the word homosexual instead of gay.
They they'd really hate to hear what I call them.

Never thought I’d say it, but “kudos to Feinstein”.

The decision inflamed liberal activists for its pointed use of the word homosexual instead of gay. It doesn't take much to get these people mad.

Hmmm, this is the second time in recent history that I’ve been pleasantly surprised by Dianne Feinstein.

It doesn't take much to get these people mad. I would add to that comment, but then Kristinn would have to go on O'Reilly again.

Every now and then, Feinstein will exhibit some reason.....Doubt it.
More likely she voted with the GOP to earn a pay back somewhere down the line.
Probably something ro do with China, since her husband deals with China

And just where was this leadership when the GOP was in the majority? Both chambers’ Republicans fight like dogs when outnumbered, and roll over like sleeping cats when they run things.
Oh, cruel fate. A small toast to the senior Senator from California. Blind pig/acorn moment, or someone’s got the goods on her husband.

In one case, Southwick joined a narrow majority to uphold the reinstatement of a white state employee who had lost his job for using a racial slur.STATE employee > First Amendment rules > correct decision.
In another, he joined a decision to award custody of an 8-year-old child to her father instead of her bisexual mother. The decision inflamed liberal activists for its pointed use of the word homosexual instead of gay.
Social libertarian that I am, I can't get too worked about that one either. The kid had to go to one parent or the other. Unless the dad was clearly unfit in some way, in a culture like Mississippi's, it's probably easier for the kid to live in a home that's less likely to be a target of anti-gay criticism and teasing. And it's appropriate to use technical terms in a legal decision.

Or else she got $$$.Having lived in SF under her reign as mayor, I don't have a lot of regard for her, but given how rich hubby is, I don't think you could bribe her with anything less than drilling rights in a big oil patch.
To: TheSpottedOwl
Doesn’t she support a Presidential pardon of those two border agents too?
