Whether or not you agree with her tactics, is this not a fair question to ask of a man running for the Republican nomination? I for one would be very interested in his answer and even more interested in why he would choose to not answer. Fred, if you want to run with the big dogs get your ass off the fence and let the people know where you stand.
They are afraid....very afraid.
That’s the real story here, and if Fred will ever get that question in a debate.
“. . . is this not a fair question to ask of a man running for the Republican nomination?”
Certainly it is.
If you’ll read the rest of the article at the link:
“After the woman interrupted Thompson by questioning his conservative credentials, the likely candidate said, Dont fuss at me. You asked me a question. Let me answer it. He told the woman, I try to learn as much as I can from all viewpoints.
Later, she shouted at Thompson as the news conference ended. Police officers took her outside a fenced area near the hangar, and stood with her until the former Tennessee senator departed.”
Sure, it was a fair question. Nothing wrong with the question, just the woman’s behavior. Fred was polite to her and tried to answer her question, but she continued to act like up and was eventually escorted out.

When asked about the CFR’s plans for a NAU...
laughs....”I didn’t know they were up to that”
Not yet ready for prime time.
Are you interested in his answer enough to listen to it? Kimberly GG posted the video at post #68. The woman asked a question and interjected a secondary question in the middle of it. He answered the first question (the part about being a member of CFR) and dismissed the secondary question. CFR is a think-tank much like AEI and several others. It has no regulatory power and any "plans" it has for NAU or anything else are of no more or less importance than the plans or proposals of any other think-tank.
When she started in with the whole WTC-7 was an inside job nonsense she made Fred look even smarter with his decision to dismiss the whole CFR's plans for NAU part of her question.
By the way, thanks Kimberly for posting the video at post #68.
Don’t expect any answers here. Fred has not figured out what he believes yet, and his fan club will only resort to juvenile attacks on your motives for asking the question.
I have twice sent emails to the FriendsofFred site asking about Fred’s position on the SPP and the NAU....I have NEVER received an answer.
You people can yell and scream “Tinfoil” all you want...but I think there is significant reason to question Fred’s CFR relationship.
