In most states the charges would include intent to distribute. That is quite a large quantity of pills. Sounds like the young Al Gore is a drug dealer. Here in Kentucky law enforcement usually searches for a school within 1000 yards for an extra felony charge. If he is a drug dealer maybe they should also confiscate his prius.

And check his ringtone. Does it have a lot of "thuds" and more expletives than the fourth season of The Soprano's? :O)

I doubt it, he is a spoiled rich kid, no incentive or motive to be a dealer. He probably hands them out like candy at parties.

If they wanted to be hard about it. They could charge him with a felony for each tablet.

Those things would be true if he were just an average slob like ourselves. Algore’s kid is going to get off easy.

"That is quite a large quantity of pills."For someone who is used to taking them, 140 Vidocin may be enough to last a week or two. I had to take them for a couple of years, and you your body develops a tolerance to them FAST.

No doubt young Bore is a certified drug dealer. But being WHO he is there will be very few charges brought against him. It must be nice to be able to have multiple thousands of dollars in your pocket to buy your (or your brother) way out of any jam you foolishly find your sorry ass in. This drug dealing POS should still be incarcerated and not about to see daylight for a few decades. Sadly he will most likely walk and his record cleaned with the grease of ill gained dollars.
