Didn't see it posted. I read one article where it was predicted to begin on the 15th of this month. The 15th is right around the corner. When the bombs start falling, I'll believe it. Take care Israel and be prepared.

I should have said...I read more than one article where it was predicted. Oops.

Olmert has offered the Golan to Syria on a silver platter but Syria has blown him off. The next conflict in the region will make last July’s Hezzbolla operation look like flag football.

This war has been scheduled to start tomorrow morning for at least a year if not a decade.

I don’t think anything is going to happen by a particular date, but there are so many balls in the air right now that something is going to happen sooner or later. Israel/Syria? Pakistan/coup? Iran/Iraq?

In any case, I’m about to go to Spain for three weeks, so I’d be really happy if it would just hold off until I get back! One of my biggest nightmares is being stranded abroad after something horrible happens. You can’t swim back from Europe...

The current political upheaval in Israel presents an opportunity for the Islamic Nazi’s, but it also prevents Israel’s ability to strike first.

NEXT SUMMER will be the time, in my opinion, ESPECIALLY if Netanyahu wins this winter...

Israel held its punches against Lebanon. They should be able to destroy Syrian civilian infrastructure at will. The Syrians will be reading by candlelight and crossing rivers on jury-rigged rafts for a generation if they light this off.

“The official warns that “Syria has the capability to fire ‘hundreds’ of missiles at Tel Aviv in the opening salvo of any conflict.”

“The burden of Damascus. Behold, Damascus is taken away from being a city, and it shall be a ruinous heap.” Isaiah 17:1

War is coming soon, IMHO. Lebanon on the brink: http://astuteblogger.blogspot.com/2007/07/lebanon-on-brink.html

Didn’t Pat Robertson make a prediction back in January about something happening in the late summer of this year?

Some analysts believe Syria took notice of last summer's war between Israel and Hezbollah, prompting the leadership in Damascus to rethink its strategy.

Did these analysts consider the IDF flyby performed outside Assad's office window? Perhaps Assad just wants to do something, anything, as a way to ask for another flyby, perhaps more potent.

My theory is that Syrian is preparing for war. They make noises about Israel. They pull down their checkpoints in the Golan Heights as war prep. But here's what they're going to do: Invade Lebanon. Baby Doc Assad has been obsessed with Lebanon, he hates the fact the Lebanese government is going after him for his murder of Rafik Hariri, the former Lebanese Prime Minister, who's credited for re-building Lebanon from the civil war.

Assad's thinking is that the world will be so relieved that Syria and Israel are NOT at war, that they'll be relieved an allow Syria to keep Lebanon.

The recent kerfluffle in Tripoli, with the Lebanese Army destroying Fatah al-Islam was just a test. This is similar to what the al Qaeda types are doing at the Red Mosque in Islamabad, the capital of Pakistan. Musharef has got to the point, where he's publicly said to the jihadists 'surrender or die'.

“Ross added that the Bush administration should aim to “squeeze the Syrian economy” by using “sticks before carrots” in dealing with Damascus.”

Unfortunately, elements at State and the Pentagon have done a 360 by adopting the James Baker school of diplomacy to ensure their qualifying for and participation in the Saudi retirement fund...happens all the time just before every presidential administration draws to a close. The effect since ‘56 is the continued appeasement and enablement of the forces of darkness while preventing Israel to win and thereby leaving her hanging out to dry.
