You’ve misinterpreted my comment as being about whether or not the worm is alive. But my comment was a statement about the nature and character of one of the most odious turds ever to have been excreted out the rectal orofice of a medievil [intentional misspelling] witch in all of history.

It would be so simple to take a photo of him with a current copy of the NYT, and they haven’t done it.

I agree with you except for the use of a current copy of the NY Times. To be believable, the jihadists should use a current copy of the Wash Times or similar. With the NY Times, it would be too easy to arrange with the bosses at the NYT to print a special copy just for the video, thus diminishing the believability.

Well, 07-07-07 is this Saturday. All nutjobs live for “symbolism” like that.
I’m pretty sure I’ll be safe at work though if I were off that day I’d avoid malls, open-air markets, sporting events and public transportation that day.

CAIRO, Egypt (AP) - Al-Qaida’s No. 2 has issued a new video tape calling on Muslims to unite in jihad, or holy war, and support the Islamist movement in Iraq, a U.S.-based intelligence monitoring group said Wednesday.
Ayman al-Zawahri is seen in the one-hour and 35 minutes tape dressed in white and addressing topics from Iraq to Saudi Arabia, the Palestinian territories and Egypt, said the U.S.-based SITE intelligence group, which monitors al-Qaida messages.
