I hear ya Iron, one of my colleges at work, had a son who was on the 87 floor when the first plane hit Tower 1. Several hours after the towers fell she received a call from London. They told her that her son was on the phone to them when the plane hit. They heard a scream and the phone went dead.

They still do not have any remains to bury.
