Sky news says now 3 arrested not 4.

Maybe these are the same guys from yesterday...One of the two Benz's of the London atttempt had been tracked or seen in Scotland earlier this week.
And the there have been multiple reports of "gas cannisters" from this new incident in Scotland.

Eyewitness on BBC: Definitely looks like attempted suicide attack...people in car with bottles of petrol, molotov cocktails... try to torch the Jeep. Fighting with anyone who went near them....until passer by knocked one of them down. Then arrested. Says it was very amateurish..
