When President Bush was elected the first time, many in DC thumbed their noses at him because he wasn’t an insider. They didn’t like his BBQs and wept all over themselves because there were fewer “state dinners”. Now, George Bush is a snob? I swear, it must be the water in DC. I can find no other reason for such widespread dumbfoolery.
How is it that President Bush takes all the heat for this and Dimocraps like Ted Kennedy and RINOs like McLame get off scott free?
I also disagree with President Bush on the issue of immigration but know that he also tried to get Social Security reform through Congress which went nowhere because of Dimocrap opposition. How is it that this immigration issue is now his and only his issue? Frankly, I disregard those of the “Blame Bush” crowd or those who say they have now become Bush blamers.
