Hubby wants to take our Freeper daughter back and confront the lib pushing Gardasil. I'm thinking that they might get ejected from the store.

Good for your husband (and daughter!).
My doctor mentioned the vaccine when I had my 9-year-old daughter in for her camp physical recently, but she (the doctor) kind of shook her head in a disgusted way.

She responded that it's been tested on 12 year olds. It's been a long time since my research days but I think this is unethical.
Kudos to your hubby! Great job!

Men can get cancer from HPV too. And they can spread HPV.
Only girls are getting the treatment. Why? Because they can claim its a “women’s reproductive rights” issue?
When it was mandatory in some states, how did that defend “rights”?

How did the mandate for young girls to take this vaccine go in Texas?
Those parents with autistic children regret having given their children the mandated vaccine with Mercury.

personally i would have gone into walmart and informed the manager that i was leaving to go call the main headquarters and ask why walmart was allowing this booth to be out front....then i would have called and asked...kudos to your hubby...but we need to follow through and let our rants hurt where the pocket is.

Men lie about their previous partners. Sadly, women get raped. The HPV virus cares not whether or not those it infects are sluts or not.
Given the public positions your husband took at Wal-Mart today, I hope he’s a physician.

Muslim radicals still oppose polio vaccine
July 21 2004 at 08:09AM Kano, Nigeria - A radical Muslim group which triggered panic over polio immunisation in northern Nigeria said on Tuesday it remained opposed to the vaccine, despite it being passed safe by a hardline state government. Polio vacination was suspended in Kano State in August last year after some Muslim imams alleged that the drugs distributed by UN health agencies had been laced with chemicals as part of a western plot to make African girls infertile. On Monday, Kano's Governor Ibrhaim Shekarau announced that local tests had confirmed that the vaccine - which has been in use all over the world for several decades - is indeed safe, and ordered the resumption of vaccination. But Nafiu Baba Ahmed, secretary general of a small but influential pressure group known as the Supreme Council for Sharia in Nigeria, attacked the findings and warned that many Muslims would continue to shun the vaccine. Nigeria now has more than three-quarters the world's active polio infections The World Health Organisation and Unicef said that polio, which they still hope to eradicate globally by the end of the year, had spread from Nigeria to other African countries once regarded as safe from the disease. With 257 cases, Nigeria now has more than three-quarters the world's active polio infections, which strikes babies and toddlers and leaves them with permanently withered or lifeless limbs, the UN agencies said. - Sapa-AFP

I'm sure that if in the future your daughter(s) get cervical cancer that could have been prevented by this vaccine that he'll look back on his moment of "standing up for the (my) truth" at Wal-mart and be just as proud of his inane rant as you are.
PS- You people talking about how this loudmouth "saved" some girls are seriously ignorant.

Hubby started a rant. He asked the woman why not just teach your daughters to keep their knickers on?
I find this unbelievably offensive. How about you teach your sons to keep it in their pants? Girls do not bear the brunt of responsibility for having/not having sex; in fact I would guess that girls are not the initiators of teenage sex most of the time. And it's not girls who rape, by and large, now is it? This was an offensive, chauvinistic, misogynist remark, which "Hubby" had no right to make concerning someone else's children.

It’s a wonder he wasn’t ejected in the first place, but it was Wal-Mart. I don’t get the point of arguing the safety of a medication with a minimum wage retail rep. It’s pointless. Belligerent and pointless.

While your at ejecting people, can you get rid of those pesky Girl Scouts, blood banks, bake sale people, and other organizations that are in your face with trying to sell stuff. /sarc. I understand that I definitely don’t like it but I don’t get all uptight that I try to kick people out of personally owned stores. Plus are you not a capitalist? I say just ignore them and in a few weeks they will be gone. Please let’s not ruin it for other organizations. Kick one out, they all go...I have seen that before.

Good for hubby! Reminds me that if more people had questioned their doctors and developer that recommended the Dalkon Shield, the effects would have been dramatically less.
