This was an incredible video, and it was very positive about the US and our goals, too. I don’t know if you’ve watched it or not, but you should.

I was really impressed, because the BBC was fully on our side and did seem to undersand what we are trying to do in that place.

I have a couple cousins in Iraq right now. I will let somebody else worry about the MSM, it means nothing. Besides, I don’t have enough bandwidth to even think about videos.

I don’t know where you live, but you should check around because high-speed Internet is very available now, and at a price not much higher (if at all) than your current dial up. My local phone company charges a fortune for it, but a cable company came in and is now offering a package that has TV and Internet (and your phone, if you want it) in one thrifty package. Don’t miss these things! Video is fantastic, and if you’re a Freeper, you will be happy for every dime you spend on getting a better connection.

We’re lucky to have same day TV news, and private phone lines as well. We didn’t have these things 1/4 century ago.

I appreciate those who post UTube videos on FR. Those posted here are, most often, really good. As an old woman with no interest in visiting UTube, THANK YOU Freepers for doing a job I don’t want ! This video was a heart grabber! Thank you!

Right. Is is interesting to know that some like this stuff. But not surprising. It’s entirely in line with the projected direction of evolution of education and advertising and Bradbury is exactly correct. We may find that reading is going to disappear as a life skill just as Latin disappeared after a brief resuscitation following the discovery of Arabic volumes of Aristotle in Spain.

Don't know about you, but I have better things to do than check You Tube all day long. I appreciate folks making us aware of videos so that I can look at them at my leisure.

This one is particularly good. I'm proud of our military and their desire to help save lives, those of our soldiers, and the innocent civilians hurt by the insanity.

Drudge has links to all news, pseudo-news, and non-news all day long. FR has a political mission and doesn’t need to link to aesthetic channels.

This story has huge political ramifications. One of the biggest problems we’ve had in this war is the one-sided deluge of bad news from the Democrat Media.

Is there anybody on the planet that does not know that and needs this aesthetics so they can feel like carrying on?

Thank you Igor Sikorsky, the 82nd Airborne, Gene Stoner, AM General and the American fighting man.Not necessarily in that order and I am sure I forgot a few.

No. I listen to talk radio 24/7. They don’t have videos and have to rely on speech, rhetorical skills. That leaves hands and eyes free to do some reading of actual books and letters from relatives on the ground in Iraq.

Savages.

Ping! Great find...it brought tears and anguish at the same time. Our troops, representing us, show our country to be compassionate, caring of the those in need and ready to respond to those who others would discard. That we are seen as so evil and hated around the world never ceases to confound me.

One consequnce of these wars is to perfect field hospitals. This could have an impact on medicine world wide. What once could be done only in hospital can be done almost anywhere a medical facility can get set up. Money for such units goes a lot fuether than dumping millions of condums in Africa.
