So in short this series finale was ruined “The Sopranos” for good, and if one has not yet seen the last few season or the show at all, they should avoid it at all costs as not to be letdown by this episode....

At least this mob promotional ad campaign “has” ended.

Interesting thought. You might be right. But I think the whole idea is to keep us all guessing and leave the door open for sequels.

Yeah, Meadow was thru the door. It rang when she came in and the legacy of The Sopranos, and the screen, turned black

Here's to Tony and Paulie!

Well, the air did feel tense, right? And yet the ending was indicative of how they live. That is, their lives are full of jejune activity while waiting for possible sudden violence.

I think Chase was trying to say something when he focused on Meadow repeatedly trying to parallel park the car and finally getting it right. Especially when compared with how AJ handled his car earlier in the show. I think he’s telling us something about how they’ll end up.

I agree, it was a great ending. You have to remember that the majority of the people have to “see” the ending. They can’t leave it up to their imagination.

No, think about it. Tony lives the rest of his life, always looking over his shoulder, wondering where the hit was coming from, who would it be? Total paranoia, just as many of us were watching the guy in the baseball cap, the guy going to the bathroom, the two black men coming in.
Perfectly appropriate, in retrospect.

Didn’t Gilligan let The Skipper live on that episode so he could marry his Big Buddy?

Newhart. The exception that proves the rule. Some mentioned "Six Feet Under," but I have no idea what that is.

At least this mob promotional ad campaign has ended. Well I wanted to see how it ended before I made up my mind. I get to thinking, yeah it's be cool to be a made guy and then they show some of the bad stuff and I say no way. So it's really important because it's an important decision.
