Tonight's cloture motion has just gone down to defeat. No where near the 60 yea votes needed to cut off debate.
Harry now pontificating on Senate floor.
Dang, my chip has failed every time! They simply don’t know what to do with me.
I was just reading how I’m a nationalist and extremist, according to the MSM... fotflol.
You are to be commended.
Snort. A Bushbot lives!
Or maybe you were kidding so I’ll apologize.
I would forgive you anything!
You are in my top 10 FReeper list.
Thank you very much for your dedication to conservative values!
P.S......is Travis still here? : )
Thanks.
Its a good show.
I am glad someone is enjoying it.

Yes, but borderbots rule.
I will NEVER support any Republican who supported this traitorous amnesty bill and will do what I can to work against them. This includes the President - a man who I voted for twice, bent over backwards to defend, and always gave the benefit of the doubt. I think I speak for more than just myself when I say that “betrayal” is an accurate word to describe what President Bush has done to his loyal voters, his party, and his country;
All right, guys!
Let’s slow down on the patting ourselves on the back! The enemies are plotting their next move, and we need to be very alert for the next battle!
The war ain’t over by a long shot! Not until they’re dead and buried with a ton of lime over them!
Be Alert and keep your powders dry!
Son of Liberty
Boxer voted against closure, twice.
We need to address this problem. The fence needs to be built, but just building a fence won’t solve it. That’s because over 40 percent of the illegals here came on legal visas and simply overstayed. This problem was with us before Bush and will be with us long after Bush unless we do what needs to be done.
Yep! We’ve still got ‘amnesty’. LOL
Thanks.
I tend to agree with your statement. As for competing with China, doesn't Bush realize that it was the Clinton Administration and his own administration that have made China the economic threat that it is? Bush is truely clueless if he doesn't realize this. China is a military and economic threat to America because of the treasonous and greedy American politicians that have created it.
As for the EU, Bush should realize it exists because America is wasting 100 billion dollars/year on Nato to defend Europe against nothing. Meanwhile, the EU wages an economic war against us while the stupid American politicians force Americans to foot the EU's defense bill. Not to mention the ridiculous legal actions and trade restraints the EU has imposed on American businesses.
I think it’s Laura not Jorge.
If you think border enforcement would have happened with that bill, you are delusional. Try looking at some of the threads which dissected the contents of this bill, and you will see that there was no hope of enforcement. How could there be when the fence was reduced to just a couple of hundred feet? And don’t forget there are Border Patrol agents in prison at the present time. So much for enforcement!
Whose side are you on, anyway?
New idea:
Everyone on this thread celebrating the demise of this bill is pro amnesty, pro illegal immigration and a failed patriot.
The bill contained fence provisions, deportation procedures, and other general enforcement provisons.
This means that those celebrating the bill support Amnesty.
I think this is an entirely fair assessment of the motives of those posting on this thread.
Today that idiot with an IQ of 2 (my feces has more intellgience) Harry Reid said if the bill doesn’t pass “it’s the fault of the Republicans”.
Talk about being a robot: blame everything on the Republicans.
Of course my response was, “no, THANK GOD for some Republicans that killed this crap”.
Bush is done. He should just keep his mouth shut for the next 18 months and slither away. He’s done more damage to the GOP, with help of morons in Congress and governors, that will take a long time to rebuild.
It’s time to purge the “moderates” once and for all. If that means time wandering the desert so be it. I’d rather die by my principles than “compromise” and water them down to make them Dem-Lite in order to keep in power.
It’s too bad the GOP has a large number of people that don’t agree.
Oh of course. It was SHAMNESTY. There would be ZERO enforcement with the bill.
But the good news is that now that this SHAMNESTY has been defeated, we will have TOTAL border enforcement and TOTAL deportation.
That is why everyone here is so excited and giddy.
Do I have anything wrong here?
And you really, really, really realize it when you remember seeing it live... /grin
