SHARPTON BLASTS JUSTICE SYSTEM

Reverend Al Sharpton, President of National Action Network, and one of the country's foremost leaders for civil rights, is blasting the justice system for what appears to be favoritism in the early release of Paris Hilton.

"Though I have nothing but empathy for Ms. Hilton whom I have met and appeared with on Saturday Night Live the night I hosted in 2003, this early release gives all of the appearances of economic and racial favoritism that is constantly cited by poor people and people of color. There are any number of cases of people who handle being incarcerated badly and even have health conditions that are not released.

I have served several sentences for civil rights and civil disobedience actions and I even fasted which caused health concerns to prison authorities who paid for a doctor to come see me daily rather than release me. This act smacks of the double standards that many of us raise

The Justice Brothers are on the case.

Has Jesse weighed in on this yet??!! I believe it was George Will who said that no modern farce is complete without an appearance by Jesse Jackson.

...the hotel heiress had been fitted with an ankle bracelet and would be under house arrest for the next 40 days. Not actually “released”

I’m kind of with Sharpton on this one. I disagree with him on the racial aspect. However, if she hadn’t been a rich, kinda pretty, heiress she’d still be sitting in jail and I think we all know it.

Well, I quess the ol fish eyed fool needs to adjust just a tad here. We have, what, 15-20 MILLION Invading Illegal Aliens walkin around FREE, enjoying our tax funded welfare & benefits, having broken our laws ...... to be JUST TO EVERYONE, they need to open EVERY prison door and set free, every lawbreaker from sea to shining sea. I think the law abiding citizens of our great Country could and would survive the anarchy that followed. Perhaps then, we could get this Country back on track .......
Has anyone ever found out where the good Reverand’s church is located, you know, where he teaches God’s Word on Sundays ?
Grrrrrrrr,

Tawana's hatchet man and the number 2 race pimp in America is just stating an obvious injustice while making it a race issue too.

This is NOT a case of race but of MONEY, FAME and GENDER.

No MAN white or black, rich or poor, would be given this preferential treatment and only a WOMAN, regardless of race, with MONEY and FAME could swing it.

This is only my opinion, I could be wrong!

Well, Al Sharpton is party right this time. It may not be discrimination by race or even money, but it is celebrity-preference, for sure.

The other half of the situation is that jail should not be a way of administreing cruel and unusual non-judicial revenge. That is, it should be a safe place for the convicts. It is not a place to throw people we do not like, hoping to see them beaten up, raped, or otherwise mistreated in ways that the Constitution would not allow.

The courts, perhaps the most corrupt public institution in the country, have made it almost impossible to administer prisons so that they might have a chance to reform the criminals. That would require a disciplined but safe environment, which conflicts with the leftist view of “prisoner rights.”

To begin with, propaganda (leftism, Marxist, “revolutionary,” islamist, &c.) should not be accessible to the prisoners. They do not have all the rights of citizenship. They should be treated humanely, but with great restrictions directed toward real reform. Many dangerous individuals have become further indoctrinated and radicalized in prison (like, for example, Malcolm X). That should not be allowed.

I bet that there is nothing at all wrong with the digestive system of Paris Hilton which would not allow her to eat a normal diet. She probably doesn’t eat very much, anyway. She is learning nothing by this experience: she is getting her way again, like a spoiled child — which, come to think of it, is what she is.

As a red-blooded heterosexual, I must confess that I have never found Paris Hilton very attractive. I don’t like her poses, her facial expresions, or very much about her. Why she is such a big celebrity is a mystery to me. There are millions of more attractive women out there, and some of them have normal personalities.

LOL... In the posted picture Michelle is wearing knee brace, so it's obvious she needed special treatment, just like the liberal lion Teddy Kennedy and his neck brace after his swim with Mary Jo.
