Putine ( a cheezy french potato fry) is an idiot. I guss it’s too complicated for him to understand the difference between a defensive , anti- missle battery, and a nuclear missle instalation with real nuclear tipped missles aimed at run down Russian millitary targets.

Of course, we know that isn’t really his concern. He doesn’t want Nukes that he helped Iran build to be shot down over his yard.
