Once you offer realestate for sale, I think you have to accept the first qualified buyer or the qualified high bidder. If you don’t you are in the discrimination business and ole Cindy would not want that, would she?

If I put my house on the market for $200,000 and the highest bid is $190,00, I can refuse to sell. That is my right … no discrimination involved. As long as it is a dispute over dollars, as the owner of the property, I can refuse. Even take the property off the market.
