If I put my house on the market for $200,000 and the highest bid is $190,00, I can refuse to sell. That is my right … no discrimination involved. As long as it is a dispute over dollars, as the owner of the property, I can refuse. Even take the property off the market.

Yes, I agree. But if I agree to your asking price, I don't think you can say no.

I am referring to an absolute auction. I should have so stated so don't get into a liberal wad.
