Presidential hopeful Hillary Rodham Clinton outlined a broad economic vision Tuesday, saying it's time to replace an "on your own" society with one based on shared responsibility and prosperity.
The Democratic senator said what the Bush administration touts as an "ownership society" really is an "on your own" society that has widened the gap between rich and poor.
"I prefer a 'we're all in it together' society," she said. "I believe our government can once again work for all Americans. It can promote the great American tradition of opportunity for all and special privileges for none."
Clinton said she would reduce special breaks for corporations, eliminate tax incentives for companies that ship jobs overseas and open up CEO pay to greater public scrutiny.
Clinton also said she would help people save more money by expanding and simplifying the earned income tax credit; create new jobs by pursuing energy independence; and ensure that every American has affordable health insurance.

Hopefully it will bury her in a perpetual state of being NY's "junior" senator.
I doubt they teach that book in school anymore.
It would give away their agenda.
Pity...
.
You just gave me another idea!
“Village” - “Head Start Plus” (at 4 years old!)
Hey good one!
It takes a pueblo!

But this needs to be posted and reposted and hopefully put in a permanet sidebar position. Is that possible?
I do believe this is her FIRST open profession of Marxism/Communism (in length - not just "We are going to take from you....) that I have read in all the years of following this Stalinist/Maoist/Marxist/Hitlerist wannabe. To think that this nation is on the brink of putting Hitlery and her fellow thug mafia communists into full power.....it is the unthinkable.
Wake up you nitwit econuts!
Wake up you companies who are doing business with this thug! Don't you know she will turn on you and destroy you in a moment?
Wake up you Media Idiots who have sold your soul to her heinous! Don't you know that like Chavez, she will stomp your pompous freedom into the ground?
Wake up you elitst academiacs - don't you know the intellectuals are the first to be crushed????
What idiots!!!!! What stupid fools! What ideal comrades!
I hope that you are right.
Maybe she will have a Rosie melt down.
Wasn't it Algore some years back, as a Senator, who floated the idea of a one time 15% tax on all private tax sheltered accounts?(To save Social Security, you know).
My only hope is that her ugliness will have her communist ideals blasted all over the internet for all thinking people to see. Even then, she has the media, she has the Soros money, um backing, the Jihadist money--um backing, the Communist Chines money---um backing, and the Chavez money-um.. backing,
She has already targeted and will bring in MILLIONS OF ILLEGAL VOTERS TO VOTE FOR HER.
She doesn't have the minds and hearts of the overwhelming majority of Americans IF THEY KNEW WHAT SHE WAS BRINGING TO OUR COUNTRY - but that's just it. How will they know?
This is at least a start at the early unveiling....we need help to broadcast her revealing of her loathesomeness so clearly.
Early 19th century Professor Alexander Tytler described the dilemma of democracy in the following comments about ancient Athens:
“A democracy cannot exist as a permanent form of government. It can only exist until the voters discover that they can vote themselves money from the public treasury. From that moment on, the majority always votes for the candidates promising the most benefits from the public treasury with the result that a democracy always collapses over loose fiscal policies, always followed by a dictatorship.
“The average age of the world’s greatest civilizations has been 200 years. These nations have progressed through the following sequence: From bondage to spiritual faith, from spiritual faith to great courage, from courage to liberty, from liberty to abundance, from abundance to selfishness, from selfishness to complacency, from complacency to apathy, from apathy to dependency, and from dependency back into bondage.”

Many more walkins I imagine!! Thanks george.
“I prefer a ‘we’re all in it together’ society,” she said. “I believe our government can once again work for all Americans. It can promote the great American tradition of opportunity for all and special privileges for none.”
Special privileges for none? Does that mean they will both finally be indicted?
Four legs good, two legs bad.
And no sleeping in beds! errrrr, with sheets.
