I thought that was a little weird, too, unless they had been boiled so long they were hard as bullets.

At 13, a few weeks or a month of their summer locked up in juvenile detention might teach them a lesson.

They need to clean bedpans at the VA until they’re 21.

Are you high?
These 2 got their values from their lib-tard parents.
It wouldn’t surprise me if they were brought to Chucky Cheeses and then a late night of drunken debauchery as a reward from their folks for ‘standing up to the man’

several veterans are planning plan to show up at Hingham District Court today to demonstrate their disgust as the two teens are arraigned in the juvenile session.
Good....along, hopefully, with a few media types.

Spending their summer doing community service at a veteran’s hospital might be more effective.

...assault with a dangerous weapon, a felony. An egg is a "dangerous weapon"? Come on, folks, that's a real stretch. It was very disrespectful, but a felony? I don't think so.

...the seven color guard members lifted their rifles for one of the most solemn moments of any Memorial Day parade, the 21-gun salute. This has nothing to do with the subject of the story, but it should be noted that reporters are notorious for mistaking a "3 Shot Volley" for a "21 Gun Salute."

Well, if you are allergic, I guess it would be. Or maybe they were hard boiled? ;^)
Seriously, though, I doubt the kids will be punished. For all I know, their parents sent them out there to do it. It is Massachusetts, after all. Kudos to the Color Guard for staying the course, and yay to the police for actually chasing the little punks. They should be glad it wasn’t me that chased them.

My dad, a WWII vet, would have whupped me bowlegged if I’d pulled a stunt like that. These “sweetheart’s” parents will probably end up on Oprah complaining about how their little darlings have been misunderstood.

I'm a resonable man. Community service and weekend lock up for the summer.

Isn’t it 7 soldiers firing 3 ‘rounds’ each?
3 X 7 = 21
I honestly don’t know - never served, only a Boy scout :)

An egg is a "dangerous weapon"?
I suspect it was to allow the prosecutor to pursue a more serious sentence..........which of course will be bargained down given that these were juveniles.
