WOW...that’s hot alright!
I’m still envious though, our high temp here was 70* and the overnight temps will in the low 40’s.
A bit boring, don’t you think?

Our National Anthem....thanks, lauren, standing and singing along.

Boy, there are alot of differences answering this question!
The Great Wall of China is not visible to the naked eye from outer space, despite the long-standing rumor that it is. Astronauts have confirmed that the wall is not visible from space (without some sort of visual aid).

Although ironically enough, George Washington employed a dentist by the name of Dr. Greenwood. It is unconfirmed, however, if the attributed endorsement “For thefe fervices I would choofe no other” is genuine.

I like it Mrs. SR and DC who is used to the Temps in Flagstaff (it’s a hot day if it’s in the mid 70’) say they’re roasting. Me I’m comfortable.

Okay, dinner's over, and on to round 2!
Round 2 ~ A LITTLE harder
1. Short hair does grow faster than long hair...just ask MA! Seems like she gets her hair cut short every two weeks! (So does Nana - drives me nuts, I wish she'd let it grow out! LOL!!)
2. All pine trees are evergreen. True, but not all evergreens are pines. I've heard that Holly is an evergreen, and I understand you're not pining for Holly lately...
3. Walt Disney was cryogenically frozen after he died. This is true, contrary to what some cultists say, Walt Disney's family waited until after his demise to freeze him.
4. Some fish walk on land, some fish fly through the air, but most fish are content to swim in the sea. Unlike fishermen, who are only content telling tall tales about fishes.
5. A man named Thomas Crapper invented the toilet. I don't think this is true. I mean, imagine...if humankind waited for Thomas Crapper to invent the toilet...I mean, what a mess!!
Okay, now I need to go help with the dishes. Then we'll see what the bonus round has in store!

ROFLOL! Too funny!
And as hard as I tried, I could not find one single image of old George smilin’! :o)

Believe it or not, I had a smattering of rain fall on the car as we drove through Huachuca City Sunday afternoon. But it wasn’t hardly enough to need the wipers for - it evaporated almost instantly!

BONUS Round *At the 1994 Winter Olympics in Lillehammer, Norway, the Jamaican bobsled team placed ahead of the United States, Russia, and France. By the way, "Cool Runnings" with John Candy, about the Jamaican bobsled team-mon, is probably one of the best sports movies ever made. Sadly, it has little to do with the reality of how they made it to the Olympics that year, other than the finish. But it's a fun time to give your spirits a lift.

Small traces of cyanide can be found in apple seeds. But don't worry: The seeds do not contain enough cyanide to hurt you. You'd need to eat piles and piles of apple seeds at once to ingest enough cyanide to cause any harm.
To: SandRat; DesertCoyote
Hey, that’s great news Sandy. Is she going to do her student teaching here? Or somewhere else in the State?
Congrats, DC.

You'd need to eat piles and piles of apple seeds at once to ingest enough cyanide to cause any harm. And by then you'd have a bigger problem what with those apple trees growing inside of you.
And I know that's a fact, Jack, 'cause my Daddy wouldn't ever make up somethin' like that!
