I just wonder how can anyone support a candidate that seems to be a protectionist?
I mean globalisation is here to come, if you don´t participate, you get left behind, that is at least the lesson my country learned the hard way. In other matters he seems to be an acceptable candidate, but this is to big a matter to be overlooked. Free trade is a truly right wing, conservative issue.

Well, Pat Buchanan says that Ron Paul is the only "true" Conservative running at the present time.
Does that answer your question? BTW, I am not supporting Ron Paul for POTUS.

She didn't say.
But, I believe she did say (and feel free to correct me if I'm wrong), "of the announced candidates I support Duncan Hunter", and if she didn't say that, perhaps it was Sean's question made that qualification, and if it didn't, it certainly should have ... imho at least.
Even if it was unspoken and merely implied, Newt remains the elephant in the room until further notice.
