They did not sneak across our borders, but either are citizens or residents OR are in violation of our current immigration laws.
President Bush is not ICE. He is not to blame for everyone here who is doing something wrong to threaten American. He is WRONG about the border issue, although we do need some kind of official worker program but not his details. Anyway, in so many ways he has stood tall to protect us in this WOT.
