Today the President and Mrs. Bush Met with the 2007 National and State Teachers of the Year at the White House.

The President and the First Lady also met with Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe and his wife Akie Abe

Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice is in Oslo to attend a NATO's foreign ministers meeting.

I watched the video of today's Teacher ceremony on the WH website. After Lady Laura introduced the President, he said, "Thank you, Baby!" and she replied, "Thanks, Darlin'!"

I almost melted in my chair.
