Giuliani as the GOP presidential nominee would be a dagger in the heart of the conservative movement

"Nice post Sharpy."
Thanks Walsh, but my first post was sarcasm, and the rest of my posts were not about Guiliani, whom I don't give a rat's ass about, but about Jim Robinson who seems intent on making this site exclusive to a small minority viewpoint through the use of Stalinist tactics. I've always thought that one of the bedrock values of Conservatism was free speech.
If Jimbo wants to convince others that Guiliani is evil he should do so using the methods of the Founding Fathers, reason and discourse.
I do not understand how anyone can follow him after witnessing his recent actions. But that's just me.

LOL, I knew that, though I think you pulled the clover over the other guys eyes, which is why I only commented on the generic leadership post you made.
I think the banning thing has gotten out of control but we must always bear in mind the tragedy of the commons and this site is not a commons. Such is life.

Walsh old fellow, my answer was not to you but to the lurkers and JR, I suspected you understood.
I find it very sad that a lot of good people are being driven out needlessly.

The party and the nation must change course soon. Neither can survive the current direction we are headed in. The coup which occurred in the GOP leadership around 1996 has rendered it useless to Conservative causes. Until the liberals are taken out of control of the GOP such things as the RNC which controls a major portion of funding it simply won’t get better. These are the same thing as what was once called Rockefeller Republicans. They are they same as liberal Dems except they are pro-big business. They don’t value any of the other Republican agendas and see them as being in the way. Among the issues Rockefeller Republicans will surrender on the the DEMs is guns, abortion, personal taxes, the United Nations, just for starters. This minority within the GOP now controls the party.

Basically swap out the red for Rudy’s support of Iraq, Afghanistan and the Patriot Act... and replace it with red regarding Trump’s support of the Republican Platform on immigration and you’re done.
The new graphic can be in pink in honor of Trump using the Code Pink talking points on Saturday.
