The rosters of both places look like a Feee Republic homecoming.
The thing that suprizes me is the many current FReepers who post there.
Darwin Central was started ostensibly for like-minded people to discuss scientific issues. A quick glance at their forum shows that they also run regular anti-FReeper threads.
All that aside, Darwin Central still has a whole lot more integrity than the WideAwakes do. They began as an anti-FReeper site and don't even have the decency to do it in the open. They hide on their closed thread and then have the gall to come in here and deny it.
