This paper has more binding legal effect.

Why, on the grounds that they don’t like him. Isn’t that at least a misdemeanor, to be disliked by the left?

"I think it's going to have a tremendous political effect, a tremendous political effect on public discourse about what to do about this president," said impeachment supporter James Leas
Further evidence that these people really have no clue.

There is absolutely no reason to live north or east of Penn. Personally I won’t leave Texas.

Vermont should secede, we don’t need ‘em, and maybe Canada might take em.

I move that we make a non-binding resolution to give Vermont to the Quanadians.

"I think it's going to have a tremendous political effect, a tremendous political effect on public discourse about what to do about this president," said impeachment supporter James Leas, a vocal advocate of withdrawing from Iraq and of impeaching Bush and Cheney. Mr. Leas may think that the moon is made of Parmesan cheese, but it isn't.

That's great a question for the Bush impeachment crowd. They have no proof of wrong doing, but keep beating the drum anyway. LOSERS!

Vermont should secede...And take Leahy and Sanders with them!

I am amazed at the lack of intellectual honesty among some of these people. They want to impeach Bush and Cheney because of lying that got us into this war?????
They’re ignoring that there was a full congressional debate on this and that large marjorities of Democrats and Republicans alike voted in favor of the war resolution. How can they now say, Bush lied, people died, Cheney wants to enrich Halliburton and all this other stuff, and be taken seriously?
To: 2ndDivisionVet
This really doesn’t belong in breaking news, in my opinion.
It’s rubbish.

If Alabama had passed that *same* resolution against President Abe Lincoln in March of 1861, charges of treason would have been brought and armies would have been sent South from Washington to occupy Montgomery.
