She got away with murder. No she didn't. God's justice gets you eventually. We only live...what....80 years...100 if we are lucky? If everything she is saying is the truth and nothing but the truth...she is getting justice now...and her husband is getting God's justice now as well. If she is lying...well...God's justice will follow her later and her husband is receiving his rewards a little early. 100 years from now...everyone will be where they belong and eternal justice will have been served.

Guidelines are 3-5 years max down to simple probation.
The prosecution messed up. They did not have her evaluated psychologically and denied themselves the right to counter the final defense witness. He was the last thing the jury heard before closing arguments.

Mary acted meek as a little kitten on the stand, with her "yes sir's" and child-like demeanor. She said..her "ugly" just came out..Dear Lord! THIS is the mother of three? I pray her UGLY doesn't come out on the girls..
When she spoke of his alleged sexual abuse saying "he wanted to have sex with my "bottom"..I wondered what her IQ was?
Anyway, my guess is it was all an act, and she got away with it.
