BOSTON Senator John Kerry gets behind radio and T-V personality Don Imus, saying he should NOT have been fired for making racially insensitive remarks.
Kerry also says he'd be willing to go on Imus' show again as long as it wasn't (quote) "the same-old, same-old."
In an interview with New York television station New-York-1, the Democrat says the punishment has to fit the crime, and that Imus should have instead faced a long suspension.
Imus was fired last week for calling the Rutgers University women's basketball team "nappy-headed hos" on his radio and T-V program.
Kerry pointed to the decision by members of the team to accept an apology from the shock jock.
The 2004 Democratic nominee for president was a frequent guest on Imus' show.
Exactly. He was waiting to see which way the wind was blowing.
Kerry is a helmet headed ho. He married a republican senators’ widow and his money. Just who is this whore to be passing judgement on Imus?
Oh my, I have to steal that as a follow up for mine sometime, lol.
Thanks.
Imus is now holding up a sheet emblazoned with the following message:
“Hep me, Jon Cary. I m stuk here in New Mexico.”
Gee, now that Imus is off the air, Kerry will have to find a new shill.
Hey Kerry, too little too late jackassdonkey. You let your biggest platform get sold down the river.....too late for you to realize how much a loss of the Imus show is a huge loss to the Democrats, you committed political fratricide on this one.
A broken clock is right twice a day.
The Junior Communist Senator from my home state has proclaimed “the punishment has to fit the crime, and that Imus should have instead faced a long suspension.”
Indeed, a long suspension is precisely what the sixty-six-year-old half-wit now faces, courtesy of the MARKETPLACE.
Sixty-three-year-old half-wits should take note.
Lol, awhile back I saw a variation of that same little gif but the guy didn’t get smushed!! He kept avoiding the thumb.
Kerry finally gets it right on something.
frenchie knows the “I’m an ass man” will be back on the air somewhere and he wants to be the first scumbag rat interviewed. How do I know he is not sincere about this? I saw his lips move.
