Where did you get your facts? A map of the campus displaying the buildings which just shown on tv. It appeared there may have been 30-40 buildings. When the shooting began where were the cops? Who was storming the building? Waiting for instructions and back up?

I am curious about the doors being chained on the Norris building from the inside.

How many doors? Does this fact suggest there was help? That is a big building.

Chaining doors demonstrates an organized thought process; if not preparation and premeditation.

I am beginning to fear separate but related/planned crimes.

Plenty here to investigate. I hope the authorities get organized and get someone in front of the microphone that can present a coherent message.
