Perhaps the armed, law abiding citizens should allow Squidboy, Screaming Fist, and those that are like them, experience the fruits of their labor. Just protect thier loved ones, that haven't yet made contributions to the mayhem, of which you refer.

A college RA (”residence assistant”) is usually an older student or graduate student who operates as a kind of watchful older brother to keep younger students from getting totally out of control, and who is the first one to whom you report if your neighbor’s music is playing too loud, etc.

I'll knock it off it you will submit that there are, and will always be a small percentage of responsible, 21 year old college students that should be able to practice their constitutional rights to self defense by carrying CCW on college classrooms/buildings.

Writing CCW on campus off as such, that all students are irresponsible is, IMHO, irresponsible.

It’s after 6:00 est and police say they have been unable to id the shooter yet. I don’t buy it. This guy had to be on someone’s radar.

I'm in no hurry for a name; I'd rather Homeland Security and intel and fbi do their jobs thoroughly and completely before the MSM does what it usually does in cases like this.

For the record, the news media all day long has reporting that this is the worst school disaster in American history.

WELL FOR THE RECORD, THIS IS NOT THE WORST MASS MURDER THAT HAS OCCURED!

The worst occured in Bath Township, Michigan, on May 18 1927 when then school board member Andrew Kehoe first killed his wife that morning then blew up the school house killing 45 people, most of whom were children from second to sixth grade and injured 58 others............

The only point I'm trying to make here is that any argument in favor of gun control has just been nullified.......

I know--I've posted bits and pieces of the story here and there on this thread. 38 were dead at the scene of the school's destruction. Five others, including Kehoe, were killed (also by explosives) at the same time of the school's destruction. Kehoe had killed his wife on May 16th--she was the first victim of his rampage.

I just watched the news for a few minutes--MSNBC keeps touting this as the worst massacre of its kind (they can hardly hide their ghoulish glee), and only as an aside do they note that this is the worst shooting rampage of its kind. They sure wouldn't want to own up to the fact that guns aren't the only way to kill a whole bunch of people.

Only problem with that... we had the video feed (don’t ask how), of all the bomb materials they took out (4 loads), and the dispatcher’s tapes. We saw the FBI, Homeland and all of them on the vids... but they weren’t there. You get me? The roomies that disappeared, connections to the mosque poof! Gone. Jayna Davis was amazing on it as well.

Perhaps. But "Squidboy" shouldn't have been banned or timed-out or whatever. Plenty of people were doing a fine enough job engaging his "ideas".
