RUDY WILL SPEAK AT REV. PAT U (conman Rooty ditching conservatives off Repub party lifeboat)
NY POST ^ | April 16, 2007 | MAGGIE HABERMAN

Posted on 04/16/2007 4:25:25 AM PDT by Liz

....Rudy Giuliani will speak tomorrow at the university founded by televangelist Pat Robertson, a major appearance for the former mayor...who holds liberal social views....Giuliani made his sharpest case for moving beyond social issues this weekend in Iowa, telling The Des Moines Register, "Our party is going to grow, and we are going to win in 2008 if we are a party characterized by what we're for, not if we're a party that's known for what we're against." Asked about abortion, he said, "Our party has to get beyond issues like that." Giuliani upset conservatives - and surprised supporters - by saying he favored public funding for abortion....His campaign quickly noted he wasn't proposing changes to current federal laws.

Stunning. Rudy has tossed aside all pretenses of being good for the pro-life agenda. He would be the most divisive GOP nominee ever.

Rooty can go ahead and “get beyond those issues” without my vote ever.

Pat Robertson has been known to not always be conservative on issues.

Republicans are once again going to show themselves as political hypocrites, and will lose because of it.

When the Democrats and the left decide and agree to leave any kind of social issues out of the political realm, that will be the day I would agree to leave social issues out.

Otherwise the game being played now will be a total victory for liberalism, given to the Democrats by virtue of the Republican Party.

Wanna make book on whether Rooty will advance his gay agenda at Robertson Univ? /s

Apparently Rooty sees nothing wrong with pedophilia and has not spoken out against (1) on-line chat rooms dedicated to pedophilia that give suggestions on how to get little kids in pedophiles' cars. (2) Rooty has not spoken out against pedophiles that gather at NYC toy store FAO Scwarz to look over and comment on possible sex victims.

Rudy Giuliani: The Knight and "The Queen"

According to The London Times, New York City Mayor Rudolph Giuliani gives kisses before he leaves every morning, but to neither his estranged wife, nor his girlfriend.

Instead, says The Times, “Sir Rudy” gives a peck on the cheek to the two homosexual men he’s living with. "We always get a little kiss, it’s cute,” says wealthy car dealer Howard Koeppel, with whom Giuliani has been sharing an apartment since June.

When Giuliani was recently knighted, Koeppel tells The Times that he told “Sir Rudy” to call him “Queen Howard.” Koeppel (63) and his homosexual lover Mark Hsiao (41) have been comforting Giuliani, and trying to make him laugh, in the aftermath of the September 11 attacks.

On the way to a recent fundraising dinner for the pro-homosexual state lobby group, The Empire State Pride Agenda (ESPA), Koeppel ribbed Giuliani by saying that if the ESPA was able to raise $100,000 donation for the homosexual victims of the September 11 attacks, Giuliani should agree to appear on Showtime’s controversial Queer as Folk dressed in drag. Surprisingly, Giuliani agreed.

Marty Algaze of Gay Men’s Health Crisis once summed up Queer as Folk — a show that touts graphic sexual activity as one of its biggest draws — as one that would “shock a lot of people.” Showtime’s Queer as Folk was inspired by the original series in Britain, which featured a storyline in which a 29-year-old man has a sexual relationship with a 15-year-old boy.

The propensity to shock people is not new to Giuliani, who likes to dress in women’s clothes as a stage act, and even did so once at a Pride Agenda fund-raiser.

According to the Times, Giuliani has attended every “gay pride” parade in New York during his eight years as mayor. In 1992, during his first run for mayor, Giuliani took part in a homosexual “pride” parade that included a contingent of pedophile activists marching behind a banner for NAMBLA (North American Man/Boy Love Association).

Giuliani at Gracie Mansion in 1997 dancing with Howard Koeppel, one of the openly gay couple Giuliani lived with, after ditching his wife and kids to be with his mistress.

RuPaul JulieAnnie apparently is seeking to become the first transsexual president.

Gives kisses to his homo buddies when leaving in the morning, huh?

Priceless.

Giuliani upset conservatives - and surprised supporters - by saying he favored public funding for abortion....His campaign quickly noted he wasn't proposing changes to current federal laws.

Rooty is the face of situation ethics---he will say or do anything that advances his political ambitions. The scumbag tries to have it all ways----he states a postion, then retracts, denies, or nuances the position within the next 24 hours. This way all sides of an issue can claim Rooty is on their side.

Well sorry Rooty. As my 'departed' buddy Bobby from Tenn would say - That Dog Won't Hunt.

Time for a reality check. The Republican Party must move beyond the abortion issue. I didn’t say abandon it, I said move beyond it.

Republicans must have other issues. Abortion is the only election issue for less than 2% of the electorate and “very important issue” for about 8% of the voters. You cannot win elections with your lead issue appealing to 8% of the voters.

In order to win elections, anti-abortion activists must learn the basic facts of wining elections in democracies. You will never get a candidate you agree with 100%. As Barry Goldwater once said, “I don’t agree with myself 100% of the time.”

There are other critical issues facing America. The war with radical Islam must be won or there is no need to worry about abortion. Unmarried pregnant women will be stoned to death under Sharia law.

Finally, don’t get mad at the 92% of Americans who don’t agree abortion is a very important issue. Use polls the way Ronald Reagan did, as a tools to understand where you must concentrate your educational efforts.

We will get the anti-abortion candidate we want when we have educated America to demand him.

Roe v. Wade v. technology (Tony Blankley)

ROE, MEDICAL SCIENCE, THE CHRISTIAN RIGHT, ROSS PEROT + HILLARY CLINTON

Roe irrelevance via a medical technology pincer movement--Tony Blankley's point--was precisely my argument to a Christian Right friend a couple of years ago. (I had argued viability of fetus on one side and non-surgical intervention methods of terminating pregnancy by the mother on the other.)

The bottom line to my friend was twofold:

  1. that the Christian Right must think beyond an issue that will be mooted by medical science in the very near future

  2. that the Christian Right should not effectively play the role of Ross Perot in 2008 to elect another unpopular and dangerous clinton by a plurality.

The Christian Right--and all of us--must focus all of our energies on winning the war on terror so that all of our children--the born, the unborn, and the not yet even imagined--will live....

In order to do that, we must roundly defeat hillary clinton... or any Democrat chosen by a party who could not be doing more to assure America's destruction.

Give it up. If you want to push a pro-abort liberal pubbie, knock your socks off. Just don’t rationalize it to the rest of us with technological wishful thinking.

Put on your thinking cap.

Rational analysis of the abortion issue does not mean pro-abortion.

Rooty is the face of situation ethics---he will say or do anything that advances his political ambitions. The scumbag tries to have it all ways.

I emphasized the word HIS , because Rudy is in this for Rudy.

The Republicans have decided to deceive and ignore part of their constituency because they believe Rudy's mythical performance on 9/11 could be used to get people to dump their principles for a mythical hero. I guess they have run their numbers and decided that what they lose in socially conservative voters, they can try to pick up from the fickle voters that cannot decide.

To run a candidate like Rudy, values have to go. His personal and professional life is a cesspool of liberal debauchery and adultery on display to the public.

If Republicans want to go left, they are welcome to do so. At the same time they become morally bankrupt, and will have to content themselves with being out of power for many years.

Stands to figure, if Rudy is the nominee, and he loses to the Democrat nominee, the Republican Party will have self destructed and those at the top that pushed Rudy will be the ones to blame.

Rudy is an enemy to the US Contitution and to conservatism, and so are his supporters.
