(AP) _ A state official says police have found the driver they believe caused a car accident that left Gov. Jon S. Corzine critically injured, and would not be charging the man. An official with knowledge of the investigation said the driver, a man who worked at a casino in Atlantic City, didn't realize he had caused the accident and thought he actually avoided an accident.

I didn’t even believe there was a red truck. When Democrats are involved, you will usually find everything but the truth.
The official described the man as a “special needs driver.”
What does that mean? I know several deaf people who drive, and while I know they are very responsible, I’ve often wondered about how could they hear a horn, or an accident, or a siren.
"New Jersey's financial situation is so bad they furloughed 80,000 workers last year, then immediately increased taxes on average citizens to pay their way out of a growing $4.5 billion deficit," said Dan Stein, President of FAIR. In other words, he DID NOT cause the accident, and the notion that he did cause the accident was simply floated by the Governor’s office to cover up the fact that the Governor’s vehicle was violating the law.
While I have seen no evidence of this, I wouldn’t be surprised. There’s no way Corzine would want that to come out if it’s the case.
Corzine’s driver caused the accident. He was speeding.
Has a mental impairment and is driving? Has to be a Democrat.
I wouldn't jump to the conclusion that the driver "DID NOT" cause the accident. All we know so far is that he has not been charged.
Your possible explanation is one of two I have considered reasonable so far.
Is that a statement of fact or are you just hoping?
Sounds to me like he doesn't need a driver's license. Next time he's "not involved" someone will be killed.
Global warming will be the next cause of the accident after which it will be AIDS in Africa.

Y’know, in all the articles about this, I haven’t heard a single thing about the driver of the white truck that actually forced the Guv’s SUV into the guardrail. We know that that truck had to swerve to miss the red truck (supposedly), but I haven’t read whether that driver is all right, if he had to go to the hospital, will he be charged, nothing.

The driver of the SUV was not hurt, the driver of the white pick up was not hurt. Now it is established that the driver of the red vehicle was not hurt. Thank heavens! Sometimes people are hurt in motor vehicle accidents.
