He won't say anything that will upset his inlaws. LOL

Not close to a TV and I don't know if it will be broadcast live on the radio, so you'll have to fend for yourselves.

Sad that as bad as our immigration situation is, i’d rather Bush just do nothing. His shamnesty plans scare me to death and his lax border enforcement has been a disgrace.

I would love it if he would side with the American people on this issue.

biggest lack of leadership by far has been in immigration policy. total and complete failure.

For the first time this weekend I finally experienced a feeling that others have described (mostly family and friends in LA). As I walked through the Elk Grove Walmart Mexican music was blaring from a sound system somewhere, everyone around me was speaking Spanish and I honestly felt like I had wandered into a foreign country.

The only other time I experienced this in the US before was in downtown El Paso 15 years ago.

Its no secret that Bush is for amnesty and a continued open borders policy.

This is a change the discussion "strategery" by Bush&Company. It allows Dubya to show that he and the Dems can agree on something. Allowing 15 million illegals a to become Americans is an agreeable method for these supporters of liberal immigration efforts.

Thanks kellynla.

I’m going to start making the jello shooters now. Everytime he says “jobs Americans won’t do” or equivalent, I’ll just have to have one.

Let's see. Bush will pay lip service to enforcement. He will say that his program is not amnesty and that the "undocumented workers" will have to get to the back of the line in terms of a path to citizenship. He will say we need a guest worker program. Finally, he will mention that we are a nation of immigrants and that our history has been one of welcoming people to our shores.

AMNESTY NO MATTER HOW MUCH LIPSTICK HE TRIES TO PUT ON THIS PIG.

Catch phrases and "plans" President Bush will once again try to foist on us:

“Amnesty for illegals.”

“I want a bipartisan immigration plan.”

“They are just doing the jobs Americans don't want to do.”

“They are hard working, and have strong family values.”

“They deserve the American dream.”

“Social Security benefits and free health care... free EVERYTHING/fill in the blank for illegal aliens.”

“Mr. Illegal; just pay a $2000 fine and all that America has to offer is YOURS!”

“Our borders are secure.”

Instead of the above lies and “schlock” all I want to hear him say is this: I have ordered the National Guard to secure the borders and everyone who is here illegally will be rounded up and deported. If they wish to return LEGALLY they must apply to INS and follow the rules like everybody else.

Unjless and until he says this... I am no longer listening; they can all go and pound sand.

The Texas Border cam project was so successful in watching illegals crossing the border that Texas cancelled that program.

98% of Illegals Arrested Were Not Prosecuted

EL PASO, Texas -- For all the tough talk in Washington on immigration, illegal aliens caught along the Mexican border have almost no reason to fear they will be prosecuted. Ninety-eight percent of those arrested between Oct. 1, 2000, and Sept. 30, 2005, were never prosecuted for illegally entering the country, according to an Associated Press analysis of federal data. Those 5.2 million aliens were simply escorted back across the Rio Grande and turned loose. Many presumably tried to slip into the United States again.

Tamper-proof ID card.

Great -— more bureaucracy to create and then verify those cards.

I've tried. But there's no way I can support Bush on his amnesty "guest worker" program. And for him to continue to flog that deceased equine has me wondering what the hell he's thinking.

Just damn.

If you want on the list, FReepmail me. This IS a high-volume PING list...
