The first time I bought asparagus here I was a little confused,because they are green here and in Germany they are white.LOL.

Learned something new that day.;)

They are all white? The white ones are grown without sunlight so no chlorophyll.

Isn’t it funny.....here to get the white ones is a delicacy! LOL
