At the very end of the old movie about Hitler’s last days in the bunker,, (no one was allowed to smoke around him since he hated it) some officer came into his staff’s room to announce Hitler’s death. His staff just looked around and said nothing,, then one by one, they lit up cigarettes. Wonderful ending!!
