No, I'm series. Jim Robinson posted to someone and I'm assuming he knew they were in the GOP. He said something about "run a lib for the GOP at their own peril". If the GOP runs a lib, democrats will win. Run two libs in this environment, with the scandals our own party has brought forth, there will be no contest.

Ha...that would be gutsy to do, but why not? Judge Silberman was brilliant in his decision, so why not try it in NYC? Silberman's point was simple (I'm paraphrasing here): If men with the genius of Madison and Adams only wanted the state militias to be armed, they would have said just that, and no more. But they did not; they went on, "...the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed."

The most excellent judge goes on to say that if "the people" here in the Second, only means people in the collective sense, it would be the only time that "people" were EVER meant in the collective rather than the individual sense in the whole Constitution.

Game, set, match.

Barak Obama has no chance whatsoever to be elected this cycle. None.

If he's the nominee, God willing, we can run whoever we want.

Mine in MO took a week but then we have a fantastic conservative for a Governor. Matt Blunt.

Who is your Governor, I think I've read about him, pro illegal immigrants if I'm not mistaken.

If the laws do not change in the northeast, I will move. Pennsylvania and Virginia (esp. VA) have good attitudes towards handguns, and I will move when I can.

I think America would have no problem electing a black president, but not one with a muslim name spouting left wing rhetoric.

The race isn't necessarily limited to those two yet. I'm a Rudy fan, but it's way too early to crown anybody, although it's looking very good for him up to this point.

Hillary or Algore or Richardson. Edwards and Obama are the lightest of lightweights.

Colin Powell would do very well. A black, big eared, socialist, never.

Careful. The part of PA I live in is beautiful country, but the taxes in this state really suck.

It is a gun friendly place in spite of the blue-state status.

I think Al will go Green Party, he's done. Hillary, possible. Don't keep up on Dem candidates. Who is Richardson?

All I know is went to the bookstore the other day, please understand, I live in a totally Repub environment, you have one candidate running for locals for every office and they are all Pub's, but in the bookstore, it's all Obama's books. He's well published. Still say he'll be a contender.

GO find the quotes and get back to me, or just keep going and don't come back.

Works for me. Why must we suffer liars? I guess their choice of a candidate reflects their own personal values, or lack thereof.

AARRGGHHHHHHH...can you guys please please, I beg you, come up with something other than Hitler as an analogy...it's SOOOOOOOO boring.

If that analogy bores you, then that might be your problem. You are taking your freedom for granted if you think what happened to the Germans can't happen right here in the good ol' USA.

Here is another saying that probably bores you - Freedom isn't free, you have to continually fight for it, not just on the battlefield, but on the homefront, too.

Colin Powell would do very well.

The guy is so "between parties" in his thinking I don't think either would nominate him. Maybe the democrats, as far as I'm concerned he burnt his Republican bridge.

Rod Blagojovic ran as a moderate Dem after the George Ryan fiasco. George was corrupt and the worst sort of RINO.

Of course, Rod is preparing us for a massive tax hike. I don't expect the gun laws to change as the SCOTUS will soon declare an individual right to ownership under the 2nd Amendment.

I am now in Jersey...I love aspects of this state, but the taxes and gun laws are dreadful. At least in PA, they are reasonable with guns.

"And the practical difference is ...what?

I own handguns and had to have a (Illinois) license that took about a month to get. What is the issue?"

The difference is you should not have to get a license to participate in a right.

I live in FL which is one of the better states as far as gun laws and I don't like theirs either. 3 day wait, license to carry etc.
