Thank you to all our Hall of Famers and to all of you who have become part of our Finest Family ... as regular contributors and supporters who drop in every day to say hello. We wouldn't be here without you. : )
It's been ALMOST 5 YEARS since we started The Finest, and every quarter I've posted a thread with links to all of our threads of the past three months. This one, Hall of Fame #19, brings us up to date through yesterday's Military Monday, but it will be the last one; so if you're interested in our archives, I hope you'll bookmark today's thread.
We're not going away, and we hope you will continue to find The Finest a friendly place to come by and visit every day. However, for the time being at least, we are cutting back the number of threads per week and will run each one more than one day. We still plan to post a new thread every once in a while (probably when you least expect it), so don't forget to check us out....every day! :)

Hi, majjie! It's GREAT to hear from you again! Hope you'll soon be back fulltime - not to worry - we're still here every day; it's just that we won't regularly be posting a NEW thread every Tuesday as we had been doing. We'll run Military Monday for two days instead. Warm Fuzzy Wednesday and TGIF still here, and John's Two Cents will be here every week he has a new essay. Occasionally he doesn't submit one if he has other things he needs to do. In that case, WFW will just run for 2 days, too.
