Referring to them as "insurgents"

Dictatorships and the MSM certainly are in lock-step with their terminology now, aren't they?

Ahmedinawhackjob has experience at taking hostages.
In the case of the US Embassy in 1979, no pretense was necessary.

The taking of hostages is a very medieval practice, much in keeping with the retarded contemporary muslim culture.
How well it works remains to be seen.

The absurdity of equating routine legal maritime activities with having enemy combatants in a foreign country simply defies description.

Now may be a good time to ask: has the captain of that British military ship been replaced?
Surely losing 15 men unnecessarily has got to leave a mark.

If those men die, I would suggest, at a minimum, taking hostage the supreme iranian religio-nut council --- and executing them.

Is there any plan to blockade the gulf to cut off their supplies? I know they will consider it an act of war but as far as I am concerned they fired the first round....

FIFTEEN British sailors and marines arrested by Iran off the coast of Iraq could be charged with spying and held until the US releases five Iranian Revolutionary Guards seized by US forces in Iraq earlier this year.

Peculiar way to to determine if one is spying or not...

Perhaps also the uniforms have an effect on their decision.

PSSST, Imanutjob, The U.S. has nothing to do with British policy and vise versa, however we WILL work together to destroy you if necessary.

How about we drop them off? We'll be right over.

Closer and closer to the brink they draw.

ANY action against these guys should DEMAND IMMEDIATE attack on these nutjobs!!! And delay in releasing them should result in the same.

TYhe craven cowards KNEW what would happen when Reagan took over - that's why the Jimmy Carter induced shame was eliminated as soon as Reagan won the election.

We should send them ALL to "Paradise".

The Mullahs and Ahmanutjob are setting the clock forward on the showdown. They should have waited till Dubya and Blair left office because they have no idea what's coming...

"If it is proven that they deliberately entered Iranian territory, they will be charged with espionage.

Hey awww-MEME-Dumb! If they were in the military uniform of a sovereign state and non-belligerants to your sovereign state at the time they were taken they are not SPYS! Read the Geneva Hague Protocols; YA STUPID TWIT!

According to a retired British Vicer Admiral, it is easily provable via GPS that these men were in Iraqi waters at the time. Remember that the principal reason these men were taken is to use as a bargaining chip to get back that defected/kidnapped Iranian defense official. That is what the radical student sources are saying, and clearly reflects the will of the Mullahs, who are the real power behind Imadinnerjacket's throne. Iran is experimenting with Hizbollah tactics to probe how weak the underbelly of Blair really is.

Those bastards. We (us and the Brits are family, after all) should have blown them out of the water before they reached the area the Brits were operating in.

Mega prayers for the brave sailors. May God bless, comfort, and protect them.

Referring to them as "insurgents", the site said: "If it is proven that they deliberately entered Iranian territory, they will be charged with espionage. If that is proven, they can expect a very serious penalty since, according to Iranian law, espionage is one of the most serious offences."

But what if they were just undocumented alien martial workers come to do jobs Iranians won't do?

Iran knows that Blair won't get violent in this situation. The only people who seem to think the UK (or the US in a similar situation) would muscle up are here on FR.

They do not fit the definition of spies as they were wearing uniforms. Of course, neither the Iranians nor the drive-by media care. They both hate the west.
