A Thousand Words Friday’s Herald-Sun contained an interview with the accuser’s father, Travis Mangum. According to reporter BriAnne Dopart,
He still believes wholeheartedly his daughter was brutally raped and assaulted on the night of March 13, 2006—he recalls in vivid detail his daughter’s swollen eyes and cut arms.
On several other occasions, Mangum has made such a claim, always mentioning the swollen eyes. Nor is he the only case-related figure to suggest that the accuser had readily detectable physical injuries. On March 16, when Sgt. Mark Gottlieb’s team conducted their first interview with the accuser, Officer R.A. Reid photographed the accuser. In his “straight-from-memory” report, Gottlieb wrote that “Reid stated [the accuser] had the onset of new bruises present.”
Below is a photograph of the accuser taken by Reid on March 16.

Looks like Gottlieb and Crystal's pop have been busted. Too bad the MSM won't run this picture in their paper.

From all reports that is pretty much what happened. The lovely ladies arrived, their appearance, demeanor, and professionalism were found wanting, and rather quickly they were sent off unpaid. This whole thing is an overblown contract dispute that could and should have been resolved on Judge Judy.

Certainly, you can ask. I've followed this hoax for a year now, as have many other Freepers. I saved photos in my profile for quick, and easy, reference.
By the way, the man wearing the red towel is Durham ADA C. Destine Couch, one of Nifong's assistants.
Maybe she bruises in a rich mahogany color instead of the usual bluish tint...nah just kidding...

BTW, her eyes were brown when she was arrested and charged for her taxi joyride.
Not a bruise on her...just looks like the world owes her something, if you ask me.
