The question is... Does the UK have any balls? The answer is... No they don't. Think Rwanda.

Chill, England. This doesn't violate the Mecca Conventions of 666AD. Taking infidels hostage is perfectly legal.

Bush should recind their presidents visa NOW.

"Today, in hearings will the Dems still rally to defund our troops? They don't have a leg to stand on, today in light of this news."On the contrary, they'll try to use this as another reason why we should run with our collective tails between our legs.

No doubt Iran will release them shortly rather then lose the goodwill of much of Europe and the American Press.
Like that would ever happen.. our media would fawn over Iran and call Iran a savior for kidnapping the evil fascist British soldiers.... Liberals take the side of tyrants.. you should know this.
To: MARKUSPRIME
But it isn't going to happen. It didn't happen in 2004 when Royal Navy and Marines were seized. It becomes a diplomatic incident. It all depends how the Iranians want to play it? The last time they made the UK military personnel apologise on TV and released them without their boats equipment. They have also detained U.S. naval contractors and released them too after confiscating their equipment.
No C-in-C is going to start a war over this sort of incident.

OMG! I can't believe I typed "kiss"! Sheesh, YES I meant KICK. I guess I'm afraid they will kiss backsides instead of kicking.

The UK isn't going to take any unilateral action over this incident. Just like the U.S. didn't when U.S. naval contractors were detained in similar fashion by the Iranians.
