However the reality is...mention Mr. Giuliani and FReepers gang up on you and call you names and try to shut down debate.

I don't trash any Republican candidate for POTUS...cause one of them is going to be my president.

In case I created doubt, let me just say that I'll vote for the most conservative candidate in the primary, and for the Republican nominee (even if it renders me nearly unconscious from nausea in the polling booth) in the general.

I wish everyone had to take debate classes in school so we'd all know how to discuss issues without getting personal. Of course, those who indulge in ad hominem attacks automatically lose the argument, but they can still be very unpleasant. I usually ignore them.
