This is how San Franciscans show their appreciation for the sacrifices made for them.

Fabian Bouthillette, 26, a high school teacher who served for two years in the U.S. Navy. IIRC, the minimum Navy enlistment is 4 years. Do I smell a Big Chicken Dinner?

They weren't arrested for "protesting"....rather...for "impeding a public thoroughfare".
Just another lying headline.

Demonstrators said they were directing their protest at major defense contractors Lockheed Martin, Boeing, Northrop Grumman, Halliburton, General Electric and others. The protest had no impact on the stock exchange's trading.
I would like to see some riot control nonlethal weapons from these defense contractors in use (and for testing) to "peacefully" stun these violent protesters in the manner they would like. Bring the VMADS.

On April 25, 1976, with the Cubs playing the field at Dodger stadium, two protestors ran out onto the field with one out in the fourth inning, from the left-field corner and ran past Cubs left fielder Jose Cardenal. They then attempted to set fire to an American flag they had brought with them. Rick Monday (playing center field) saw the men and running over to them on the field snatched the flag away before they could do any damage. He received a thunderous cheer from the watching Dodger fans, and the protestors were led away by ballpark police.
