Most excellent post. Puts some perspective on the current mess we're in now.

Those two sentences say it all, it's, after all according to you, all about "you," "you," "YOU!!!"...and delusion.

Hey redtoe...you are the one that is delusional....smell the coffe...we lost!

I voted..and yes I voted a straight Republican ticket and I have every right to be dissatisfied...

Now...back to reality, we better locate a winner fast or the future may include Hillary. She smiles while you throw rocks at me for sounding the alarm....

I think what bothers me most about this is the fact that Bush demands total loyalty from his people but yet he will not give his.

I agree. It is a one way street. President Bush is not even loyal to his base.

Regards.

By the way, what crime has supposedly been committed, and why has Gonzalez apologized, and why for heaven's sake is there such a frenetic call for his resignation?

His deputy lied to Congress.

I've said this before - I don't understand why they felt the need to cook up a reason to fire the attorneys, since the President has full right to fire them whenever he wants. But they did, and that's the only real scandal in this whole mess.

Member since 2005-09-15. ?!?!?!?

You have time to learn son.

From your post, I "learned" it IS ALL about YOU, didn't I?!?!?

Oh, and your assumption that I am/could be a son...is as apt as the rest of your indulgent rantings.

In recent news I see that The President did go to bat for the AG and told the Dems to basically shut up...

So are you happy now or are you going to tow the Rat line some more and complain about Bush.

The Stay at home Repulicans were those Conservatives that allowed their views on Illegal Immigration trump their views on National Security and Foreign Policy... and believe me the whoopin that the Republican Congressmen took especially in the Northeast (PA) and Mid West (IND) was a testiment to those Republicans not showing up and not getting enthusiastic... Yes Nancy Pelosi was supposed to scare the crap out of us... If it didn't scare you then maybe you are on the wrong blog.

Is it the truth that offends you...?

One can't deny the facts....I did not even mention that Bush's big spending now exceeds that of the Clinton administration based on percentage of GNP....but then I guess you think that is just another rant too....now don't hold your breath, stomp your little feet, and turn blue.

Oh my so much venom in such a short space. The RNC didn't need to scare the base with Nancy and it sure didn't work with the middle, the ones that really don't pay that much attention to what is going on. Some people actually have a busy life. I stand by my statement, the RNC, Bush, Rove, et al, failed to run a good campaign and with Bush's statement after the election that he now had congress that he could work with on immigration kinda showed why.

As far as Bush now coming out with a defense of the AG, where was he last week and the week before that? I guess late is better than not showing up at all. I hope that he stands and holds the line and does what he says, fight. Time will tell.

No character, no morality, no strength, no resolve.

Such ignorance is beyond instruction.

The only conclusion to make based on your post is this........it is those without character who cannot recognize it in others.

btw, has anyone come back to this thread to apologize for their lies about President Bush?

Oh, never mind..........that would take character......

He's got it. Those who hate him do not.

I'm talking about the character and strength of President Bush.

Those are the facts that are the 'stubborn things.'

The absurdly false charges on this thread have absolutely nothing to do with facts.

Sorry Katy. Some day you'll want Bush back.

If you were historically educated, you'd appreciate what we have while we have it.

The trouble with you internet jockeys, South Texan, is that your knowledge and/or remembrance of the real Reagan presidency would fill a thimble.

Amen!!

If you were historically educated, you'd appreciate what we have while we have it.

Frankly every item I posted is historically correct.

You have no idea who I am, my level of education, or what I have done for my country....and above all you have no right whatsoever to question my appreciation for my country, our leaders, or my service to my country. I fought for the freedom to speak my piece with regard to the groveling politicians that slither through the halls that great men once walked.

..and my name is not Katy....Punk!
