When Kennedy said "Ask not what your country can do for you, but what you can do for your country", the Democrats took it just the opposite and started the 'Great Society', along with all it's give-away programs immediately after his death.
It has always amazed me how they claim John Kennedy and Martin Luther King as their own, yet, totally disrespect them by doing the exact opposite of what these men said.

I can imagine her saying it. She and Willy were always talking about the "sacrifices" we all had to make, i.e. paying more taxes, thus "doing for our country." And the group politics she plays fit right into asking 'what your country can do for you.'
I can imaging her saying "ask not what you are allowed to do for yourself, ask what your country can do with the taxes you pay."
